So you know what to expect during your exterior home project.
We meet with you at your home at a time that is good for you and your schedule.
We listen carefully to your design desires and any concerns you may have. We work with you to find just the right product and price point that is right for you and your project. Color and product samples are always part of our process.
We submit a detailed proposal by email or in person for your review and are always available to answer any questions.
We set a date and you can expect us to be there or to let you know at least 24-48 hrs ahead that a weather condition has effected our schedule. You do not need to be there while the work is being done unless your work entails the inside of your home.
We send only our best! You can expect our professionals to arrive on time, setup and perform work in a safe manner while installing your product to manufacturer’s specifications. If you have any requests or requirements, you can be assured they will be followed to the letter. Your home site will be kept orderly and upon completion, cleaned completely.
Billing reflects exactly what is on the proposal – no surprises! Any additional work is always agreed upon by customer and FEI prior to installation. We send you a bill right away. We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
